PROMOTER
The promoter is WhenI’m, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16607764, with its registered office at Freshmills, Delta House, Bridge Road, Haywards Heath, West Sussex, RH16 1UA (the "Promoter").

ELIGIBILITY

This prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.

The following persons are not eligible to enter: employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents, or anyone else professionally connected with the administration of the prize draw.

By entering, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you accept these terms and conditions. The Promoter may require proof of eligibility.

ENTRY PERIOD

The prize draw opens at 12pm on 5 January 2026 and closes at 7.55pm on 30 January 2026 (the "Entry Period").

Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be valid and will be disqualified.

HOW TO ENTER

Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.

To enter, participants must e.g., "RSVP to the WhenI’m launch, and/or sign up to the WhenI’m mailing list and/or make a donation via Givewheel].

Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by the Promoter.

THE PRIZE

The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash or other alternative is available, except that in the event of circumstances outside its reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

The prize does not include e.g., travel, insurance, spending money, etc.].

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize that are not expressly included in the prize.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Entry Period.

The draw will take place on or [30 January 2026 at 8pm] and will be conducted either by an independent person, under the supervision of an independent person, or by a computer process that produces verifiably random results.

All entries to the prize draw will have an equal chance of winning.

The winner will be notified by [email/telephone/post] within [1] days of the draw.

If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of the initial notification attempt, or if the winner is unable to comply with these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the closing date.

The Promoter's decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

CLAIMING THE PRIZE

The winner must respond to the notification within 14 days and provide any information reasonably required by the Promoter to facilitate delivery of the prize.

The Promoter may require the winner to provide proof of identity and age in the form of a passport or driving licence, and proof of address in the form of a recent utility bill.

If the winner cannot provide satisfactory proof of identity and address, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and select another winner.

The prize will be sent to a UK address provided by the winner, free of charge, within 30 days of the winner providing all necessary information, unless otherwise stated.

ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS

The surname and county of the winner will be made available by sending a stamped addressed envelope to [Promoter's address] within 60 days of the closing date.

If you object to your surname and county being published or made available, please contact us at [hello@whenim.co.uk]. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

PUBLICITY

By entering the prize draw, the winner agrees to participate in any reasonable publicity arising from the prize draw.

The winner agrees to the use of their name, image, and county in any publicity material relating to the prize draw unless they notify the Promoter in writing that they wish to opt out of publicity (other than the announcement requirements in clause 8 above).

DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY

The Promoter is the data controller of personal data submitted in connection with this prize draw.

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with UK data protection law, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

to administer the prize draw and select the winner;

to notify the winner and arrange delivery of the prize;

to comply with our legal obligations, including making winner details available as required by the Advertising Standards Authority;

We will retain your personal data for 3 months after the prize draw closing dateor as otherwise required by law, after which it will be securely deleted.

In the event of any dispute regarding these terms and conditions, the decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

LIABILITY

Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude the liability of the Promoter for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Subject to clause 14.1, the Promoter shall not be liable for:

any indirect, special, or consequential loss or damage;

any loss, damage, or injury arising from or in connection with the prize, except where caused by the negligence of the Promoter;

any loss or damage caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
