By subscribing to the WhenI'm mailing list, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before providing your consent.

WhenI'm is operated by Jude Gardner, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16607764, with its registered office at Freshmills, Delta House, Bridge Road, Haywards Heath, West Sussex, RH16 1UA.

WHAT YOU'RE SIGNING UP FOR
By subscribing to our mailing list, you consent to receive the following types of communications from us:

Marketing and promotional emails about our services
News and insights related to WhenI'm
Special offers and exclusive content for subscribers
The frequency of emails will vary but you can expect to receive communications from us approximately a few times a year (max 6).
YOUR CONSENT

IP address at the time of subscription

HOW TO UNSUBSCRIBE
You can withdraw your consent and unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time. It is as easy to unsubscribe as it is to subscribe.

Email us at unsubscribe@whenim.co.uk with 'Unsubscribe' in the subject line
Contact us using the details in section 1 above.
We will process your unsubscribe request promptly and you will stop receiving marketing emails within 5 business days.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

To send you the marketing and promotional emails you have consented to receive.
