About this WhenI'm course

WhenI’m… sorting out our pensions & retirement planning with my partner. If you’re in your 40s or 50s and need to sort out your pensions and retirement planning, this course is for you. **A course for couples – up to 10 couple spots per course Perfect if you're single or prefer learning independently. Focus on your goals while connecting with others in a similar situation. **£500 per couple Most people will cover the WhenI’m course cost by recovering lost pensions, reducing charges, understanding tax and getting their investments in better shape. **6 x 2hr classes, plus graduation. A tea/coffee/soft drink included each week. **The invoice for the remaining amount will be sent out a month before your first class begins, and will be due 2 weeks later.

Booking Policy

COURSE DETAILS • 6 classes × 2 hours each. • Price: Individual: £300 | Couples: £500. • Included: Tea, coffee, or soft drinks. -------- MINIMUM NUMBERS Minimum 6 people required for course to proceed. If minimum not met, we'll find you an alternative date. -------- PAYMENT Deposit: Individual: £50 | Couples: £100. Deposit required at booking (via online system). Deposit is non-refundable but can be moved to another date. Remaining balance invoiced 10 working days before start. Full payment due 5 working days before course starts (by bank transfer). Confirmation email with venue details sent upon full payment. -------- CANCELLATIONS & CHARGES If you cancel: • 30+ days before: Full refund minus non-refundable deposit. • 7-29 days before: 50% refund (minus deposit). • Less than 7 days: No refund. Deposit can be moved to a future course: We will make every effort to find alternative dates If WhenI'm cancels: • We'll arrange alternative dates. • Full refund if no suitable alternative found.
